Orders within Australia

Orders to be delivered within Australia are subject to a standard flat rate delivery charge of $9.95 (tracking provided).

Express Delivery option is also available at checkout for those who wish to expedite their order for a charge of $16.95 (Please Note: Delivery times are subject to the Express Delivery network so please check your address for eligibility)

Orders over $100 receive Free Standard Delivery within Australia.

We choose to use Australia Post for the convenience of our customers. Australia Post has proved to be the fastest, most reliable option and allows orders to be sent to 99.9% of the Australian population – even to most remote areas. All orders are tracked and lodged and are regularly monitored by our ordering system to confirm successful delivery.

Order Processing Time

As we keep all our products that we sell in stock in our warehouse, we are able to process your order straight away. No delays, no lead times – just packed and sent straight out to YOU!

Usually the next business day after your order is placed on our website and payment has been accepted, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped out to your nominated shipping address.

We will be in touch with you if for any reason a delay occurs or if there are any issues with your order.

Customers please note: Once orders have been lodged with Australia Post, all orders are then subject to the responsibility of Australia Post and their local contractors. Damaged in transit or missing items/orders will require investigation via the Australia Post claims process – We will work with our customers and with Australia Post if this event was to ever occur.

Standard Postage Parcels do not require signature and some Australia Post delivery contractors may make the decision to ‘Safe Drop’ your order at the delivery address if no one is home (they will usually take a photograph of the parcel for verification purposes). We encourage customers to use their tracking details to manage the safe receipt of their order or ensure that they provide a suitable delivery address when placing their order. If there are any special delivery instructions, please add them to the ‘Order Notes’ section when completing the checkout process. We will try to accommodate requests where possible
