Due to the nature of our products (health, beauty and personal care) we are unable to accept any returns for health reasons. This is governed by Australian law and regulated by the Therapeutic Goods administration (TGA) and is not negotiable. Please choose your products carefully.
Our policy does not exempt you from your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws. If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description/sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the customer via the same payment method used during the purchase. We are unable to refund using a different method.
