How much is postage?
If your order is to be delivered within Australia, a flat rate postage fee of $9.95 applies.
If your order is to be delivered OUTSIDE of Australia the postage fee is $21.95. Postage fee’s will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address.
Where is your warehouse located?
Our Bath & Body Products warehouse is located south of Brisbane QLD. All products are shipped directly from our warehouse.
How long is your processing time?
Orders are processed daily, Monday to Friday. Usually orders are sent out within 2 business days (in most cases next day). We understand your excitement so we don’t waste time getting your products on their way to you. All items are in stock and ready to go.
What if I change my mind about my order?
If you contact us immediately and your order has not yet been shipped we can cancel your order and offer a refund or credit. IF your order has been sent, then you will need to follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy. You will be liable for return postage costs for any change of mind purchases.
What if I don’t like the smell of a certain product?
Many of our products have fragrances and aromas derived from natural essential oils. As the sense of smell is 100% subjective it’s hard to guarantee you will love the aroma of all our products. The fragrance descriptions are based on comparisons which try to give you a better idea of the aroma. Unfortunately, we can not refund in these circumstances.
What if one of your products irritate my skin?
Stop using it immediately. Everybody’s skin is different and reacts differently to certain ingredients. We use high quality, natural ingredients where possible however we can not guarantee they wont irritate a person’s skin. Customers are encouraged to do a test patch of a product on their skin to gauge if any reaction occurs. Customers choose to use any bath or skin product at their own risk. If you need further clarification on the ingredients used, please contact us.
Are your online payments secure?
Yes, we use PayPal as our payment gateway for ALL credit card payments. We offer Direct Bank Deposit as an option for those wanting to directly deposit their payments for their orders. Our site uses an industry standard SSL security certificate to protect our customers details when accepting orders.
